What do you mean by unlimited entries into the attractions?
Exactly what it sounds like — go through Barn of Terror, The Unknown, Lost in the Dark, Hagatha's Abyss, or Carnivorous Clowns Mini Golf as many times as you want in one night. Same idea as an amusement park: one ticket, ride it as many times as you can fit in.
When is my ticket valid?
Your ticket is valid only for the night you purchased. It serves as your reservation for that specific evening and is valid during our operating hours. We recommend arriving early to get the most out of your experience!
Will there be crazy lines preventing me from going through attractions again?
Nope! We only issue a limited number of tickets each night. We love Halloween and are on a quest to give our customers a better experience and the best value.
Can I buy tickets on-site?
No. You must purchase your tickets online due to limited availability.
Is there a discount for children, seniors or group discounts?
We do not offer fixed discounts, but we DO offer discounts through our social media channels.
What should I wear?
Our attractions are located partially outdoors, and partially indoors. We recommend warm clothing (when appropriate) and comfortable shoes (High Heels are prohibited.) This ensures everyone's safety.
What things are not allowed in the park?
Alcohol, Illegal drugs, Knives, Guns or any weapons, Animals, Flash lights.
Will you be open if it rains?
Please check our Facebook Page during inclement weather. We will have updates as to whether or not we will be open.
What is the refund policy?
Protect your purchase from unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from attending by adding Ticket Protection. You may receive a refund less the insurance cost at any time. If you decline, you acknowledge that there are no refunds. No Shows = No Refunds.
